"This project was defined as one of the clearest conceptual proposals. It smoothly moves from vanguard’s concepts giving freedom to the river with an accurate context reading. By retracing a counter proposal based on the current tendencies it addresses multiscale feasible proposals. The graphics are poetic, efficient and beautiful."

"From a more intensive approach this proposal looks to interrelate the fragmented systems of water and vegetation as ecosystems’ main drivers. So, after spatially categorizing them, the proposal generates connections to guarantee a balanced metabolism. These connections are made by rendering the big landscape structures (beyond the river) that dialogue with city. It is a highly interesting approach and suitable to the local reality."
3RD PRIZE
"It is an innovative view on restoration based on tackling current imbalances within the water system. The proposal is to balance out disparities in water supply between the upper and lower lands by means of a cooperative system of water storage. It uses sections as the core drawing to explain the concept."

"Conceptually clear, through creating a variety of multifunctional patches, this proposal frames the idea of restoration as a series of “cures”. The “patch” aims to restore by parts, without necessitating intervention throughout the whole basin. The functions of each patch can change and adapt to particular problems in each scale."
